UR Workday Support Update

Thank you for contributing to a successful Go-Live! Please review the following changes to the Workday support plan:

• Effective February 17th, the Workday Hotline will be discontinued. For any questions or concerns about Workday, please visit the Get Help page. There you will find information on how to solve your issue using Job Aids and videos or fill out a Workday SpiderTechNet ticket.
• If you are unable to fill out a ticket or access the website, we ask that you call the IS Help Desk at (804) 287-6400. Please note that the Help Desk will not be able to solve Workday-related issues by phone or in-person. They will assist you in filling out a Workday SpiderTechNet ticket which will be routed to the Workday team or applicable function group to further assist you.
