Amazon Catalogue Functionality

Users reported issues with the Amazon catalog functionality in Workday since Go-Live. This problem has now been resolved, however, if the following pertains to you, there are additional steps you need to take.

If you currently use your richmond.edu email address for personal Amazon account needs, you will need to update your personal Amazon account with a different email address. Once you access Amazon via Workday, there are directions to assist you in doing so. If for some reason you are unable to change your richmond.edu address from your personal Amazon acccount, and you need to purchase something via Amazon, please reach out to your level one Procurement Specialist.
