Sustainment Team - Workday - University of Richmond

The Workday Sustainment Team serves as the University’s in-house Workday consultants—monitoring daily operations, troubleshooting user issues, and safeguarding system integrity across HR, finance and payroll modules. They configure and test enhancements, steward the change-control process, and partner with functional departments to translate business needs into sustainable Workday solutions. By analyzing business processes, piloting new features, and driving user adoption, they ensure the platform evolves with institutional goals while keeping end-users informed and productive.
