Training
Workday training sessions and resources for end-users will equip members of our University community with the knowledge to navigate Workday with confidence.
Training will be available in several ways: live in-person and Zoom classes, pre-recorded video classes, and documentation including step-by-step job aids and one-page infographics. Training course offerings will include:
- Workday Essentials courses tailored to Staff, Faculty, Managers, and Student Workers.
- Specialized courses for key roles such as Cost Center Managers, Procurement Level Specialists, Timekeepers, and HR Specialists.
Registration for live training will be made available on this page by December.
Sample Resources
Below are some sample job aids that provide step-by-step instructions for how employees will perform certain tasks within Workday such as logging in, updating personal information, changing the language within the app, and instructions for hourly employees to either enter their own time or clock in and out.
These sample resources are featured here to help give employees a sense of how the Workday job aids will be formattted. Additional resources are in development and a full library of resources will be available on this site once completed.
