Training

Workday training sessions for end-users will be offered begining in November. These sessions will be designed to make the end-user transition to Workday smooth and straightforward.

Led by seasoned trainer and educator Caitlin Bergendahl, Workday training sessions will equip members of our University community with the knowledge to navigate Workday with confidence. Caitlin is an adept facilitator with a flair for demystifying technology, making it accesible and engaging for all. Her supportive and interactive teaching style will ensure that everyone, regardless of their role, will come away from the training with a thorough understanding of Workday.

As part of the training process, the Training team will also be developing "train-the-trainer" sessions for volunteer trainers across campus. Check back soon for opportunities to join the training effort!

Sample Resources

Below is a sample job aid that outlines how employees will log in and navigate within Workday, as well as a demo video for how employees will enter an absence in Workday. These sample resources are included here to help give employees a sense of how all the Workday training resources will appear. Additional job aids and videos are currently in development and a full library of resources will be added to the site once completed.
