Project Team
In the spring of 2023, Workday was selected as the new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, replacing Banner for the University's human resources and finance functions. Knowing that it would take 20+ months to implement the new system, the Workday@Richmond Project Team was assembled. The team is composed of UR employees from key areas of the institution who are devoting their time, on a partial or full-time basis, to the Workday project. Additionally, the Workday@Richmond team partners with many other UR employees serving as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), where they advise on key University processes as they relate to the implementation of Workday.
