Workday Mobile App Updates

We are addressing two key updates impacting the Workday mobile app experience:


Issue 1: Push Notifications Not Received by Some iOS Users

We are aware that some iOS users are experiencing an issue where push notifications are not being received on the Workday mobile app.

Temporary Workaround:

Administrators can resolve this by:

  1. Navigating to the user's profile.
  2. Accessing "Related Actions" via the three dots or "Actions" button on the "View Worker" page.
  3. Selecting "Workday Account."
  4. Turning off "Mobile Applications."
  5. Deleting all iOS devices except the latest one.

Resolution Timelline:

Workday is actively working on a fix. We will update this page when we have more information.


Issue 2: Team Highlights Throwing "Network Error Occurred"

We are also aware that some users have encountered a "Network Error Ocurred" message while accessing Team Highlights.

Resolution Timeline:

A fix for this issue is planned in the next release of the Workday iOS mobile app, scheduled to roll out during the week of February 10, 2025. Users are encouraged to update to the latest app version once available and retest the behavior.
