Workday Support Resources Available

The Workday@Richmond team is excited to share enhanced support services to help you navigate Workday.

The Get Help page on the Workday@Richmond website now features over 60 comprehensive resources including:

  • Step-by-step job aids
  • Short video tutorials
  • One-pagers with key information

All resources are conveniently organized by function for easy access (e.g. Absence/Time Off, Finance, Purchases, etc.). There is also a section for Faculty and Student Employment.

 For additional support, on the Get Help page, you can submit a support ticket via the Workday Support CenterPlease note due to infrequent volume of calls (~2 calls/day), the Workday Hotline will be discontinued on February 17th.

We also encourage you to review the Announcements page for updates on known issues and resolutions. Current announcements include information on student employment, benefits-related information and transactions, payslip printing, and the Workday mobile app. More information is added as we receive questions from the campus community.

Self-paced Workday Essentials training courses continue to be available via the Training page on the website. You can also take advantage of registering for a Workday Expanded Learning course to build on the Essentials course.
