Project Update

In preparation for Workday go-live in Janaury, the final testing phase is in progress: User Acceptance Testing and Payroll Testing.

Colleagues across campus are testing many aspects of the system's functionality including the activities employees and managers will engage with. We are also organizing our protocols to support all of you and each other when we go live.

Additionally, our payroll team is running the entire payroll process in Workday at the same time we run it in Banner to assure the process in Workday is accurate. This testing will continue until go-live to make Workday implementation as smooth as possible!
