Project Update

The Workday@Richmond implementation is entering a critical testing phase. Our Payroll department is now testing parallel processes in both Banner and Workday until January go-live, ensuring accuracy in the new system. Production Dress Rehearsal (more commonly referred to as User Acceptance Testing) is also set to begin in mid-October and will continue through early November. This User Acceptance Testing involves a small group of employees, managers, and colleagues who perform finance work daily to evaluate the effectiveness of our drafted training materials and post go-live Workday support processes.
