Workday@Richmond Project Update

We have completed testing more than 2,000 business processes and remain on track to move to Workday for Finance and Human Resources in January 2025. Leading up to January go-live, there are two more test periods planned to ensure our new system is ready.

Training for all employees will be available starting in November 2024 and will continue through early 2025. Training will be offered in several modalities, including in-person, Zoom sessions, on-demand videos, and various user guides and job aids, which are step-by-step guides to specific processes.
