What Is Workday?

We will say goodbye to Banner for Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll, and transition to Workday in January 2025. Workday offers us a smarter way of doing our work and getting information. It will become the one stop hub for employee services such as reviewing pay information, requesting reimbursement for work-related travel or expenditures, and viewing vacation and sick time.

While Banner will no longer serve as the University’s database of record for Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll starting in January 2025, Banner Student will remain the University’s system of record for student data, including advising and grading.
