    The focus of this meeting was for Change Ambassadors to hear from Workday project leads regarding high impact changes for Finance, Payroll, and Faculty. Ambassadors met in their divisional groups to review their communication planners and discuss ways to diseminate relevant information within their divisions. Recording (will open in Box)

    The focus of this meeting was for Change Ambassadors to hear from various Workday project leads regarding Finance and Payroll cutover information as well as high impact changes for Human Resources and Student Employment.     The focus of this meeting was for Change Ambassadors to learn strategies for influencing stakeholders. The group also viewed a live demonstration of the clocking in and out process for hourly employees in Workday and received a project update which included important information about cutover.     This meeting included a recap of the ADKAR model of change management and a deeper dive into tactics for promoting change acceptance among various types of change resistors. The group also received a live demonstration of the requesting absence process in Workday. 
 Interested CAN members are welome to join the change management team for an optional book club discussion on August 8.     This meeting included an overview of the ADKAR model of change management and tactics for promoting change acceptance. For homework, change ambassadors are asked to complete the second part of the "Me, Us, and Them" worksheet, brainstorm how they would approach their assigned change resistor, and to consider joining the change management team for an optional book club discussion on July 11.     The focus of this meeting was for Change Ambassadors to learn strategies for effective communication, begin creating a simple communication plan for their division, and learn more about the current Banner systems and what will change with Workday (and what will not change).
